You shouldn't change yourself because of what people say about you. I was always ridiculed as a kid just because I am Chinese, that's not something I can change and it's not even something I would change.
It's their loss for being shallow.

You can drink protein shakes or weight gainer. Vitamin stores like GNC are a good place to find weight gainer products. You could also visit your doctor and have your thyroid checked. You may have Hyperthyroidism which speeds your metabolism up too much. A simple medication can fix that. Also, eat lots of protein, etc. Fast food is horrible at helping you gain weight because it is all bad fat.

there are bulking up mixtures you can take that you can buy from health food shops, which athletes such as weight lifters and boxers take, also, dont bulk up with unheathy foods such as empty carbs, starch and sugars or saturated fats as these will make you weak and lethargic. Try good wholesome foods such as brown rice, bananas, wholewheat products and nice fresh cheeses. Eat lots of little healthy meals throughout the day to support your immune system and a healthy metabolism. Good luck and I just have to say that as a girl, I really hate you for having this problem!!!!! git.

Don't bother. I was always thin. I tried it all and my metobolism just kicked out all the fat so no matter what I ate I couldn't gain weight. The more you try the more fat cells your putting in place for when your metabolism actually does slow down (usually this happens in your 30's, for some 40's) - just be yourself.

you can have some of mine. just kidding, I really don't think there is. but you can always ask you doctor, but try eating alot of junk food like cake, donuts, and the friends you lose because of that, well i hate to say it they weren't your friends. friends stand by you weather your fat or thin. they stand by you no matter what . so count your blessing that they left. find new ones. and be yourself. good luck, and the only reason they laugh is because they wish they were slim, so if you want to gain weight because of that. I wouldn't. do it for you and no one else.

No problem. Protien shakes and a good weight lifting routine. One shake a day and lift at least 4 days a week. Stick with it for a month and you will see the difference.

If you're unhealthy, then just eat more good food.
If you are otherwise healthy, who cares what other people think?
If a girl dumps you because you don't look the way she wants you to look, then she isn't dating YOU, she's dating who she thinks you SHOULD be.
