Teacher, botanical garden employee, various forestry/ plant studies and research (dorm ecology to plants with medicinal value), greenhouse manager, plant taxonomy (basically identification) , the list keeps on going depends if you prefer indoor vs outdoor, teaching,fieldwork, what type of pay etc.

I ended up working for Parks Canada with the Non-native vegetation Control program- that was fun. basically it depends on what field of botany you are interested in- I might recommend taking some phycology courses and bryology too...

they can practise and develop horticulture.they can work in research centres and also in plant breeding centres. they can also become an agriculturist also. they can also become a teacher (botany).
