I would worm them via her. When I take the momma and littler in for a first check up they give her deowrmer. I do the puppies when they get their first shot.

Well I have the Mother wormed just befor her heat...and if she takes.......pups go to Vets within 3 days of birth for checkup...docking of the tails and doeclaws removed...after that it's 6 weeks for there worming and other shots....8 weeks later there gone....but new owner has til 13 week for what ever eless shots they need....it's right on bill of sale....that way should something happen...it's called C. Y. A. cover your _ _ _ . Hope I was of some help

There are several products from your veterinarian that can be safely used. However, if you suspect the pups have worms or parasites, it would be worthwhile to take a fecal sample to your vet. Woming medication is dosed by weight. Breeders often use strongid

Need more info...are you saying the pups have worms?? They are far, far to young for you to try to use any sort of medication on them...if you suspect they are ill in any way, you need to get them to a vet immediately....any sickness in pups this young could be life threatening...good luck and call that vet now!!

Your vet will have a schedule that he/she recommends.

Personally, I start the dam and pups on Strongid-T at 3 weeks of age. I give it to them weekly for 3 weeks, then run a fecal to make sure they are clean. If they still have parasites I give them whatever the vet recommends.

Hehe... first, learn to spell it right when you curse... second, you go to a vet, you ask the vet to deworm the puppies, and they do it.
