Well that depends on what you are eating on a daily basis! First and most importantly you MUST have breakfast in the mornings!! that is the your body's jump start to get you kicking for the day. even if its just a snack bar and a cuppa tea or oatmeal or something warm. this gets you started.
At one point i was going through the same thing, no matter what i was eating i was always tired.....so someone told me to drink more water and eat more throughout the day ( but lil portions) and i cut out mostly any junk i used to eat ,(you are what you eat they say...lol). i started to eat a lil more healthy, i started cooking more and tell ya what, it made a BIG difference in my body. i had more energy. even waking up early in the morning i wasn't groggy or sleepy (but ya gotta have about 6-8 hrs of sleep though). i mean i would have so much energy to go through an entire day, I'm talking about 8-9hrs of work then a club or something after. but i had enough energy to go through the entire day without being tired.....you should try it.
and if none of this works...... try a multi-vitamin like a one-a-day or ask your doc

Protein. . .and take a multi-vitamin. Also. . .a major cause of fatigue is dehydration. Drink lots of water.
If this continues you may want to make a Doctor's appointment. There are a lot of medical conditions that can cause this. . .depression, thyroid problems just to name a couple.
Eat healthy, drink water, take vitamins and get your rest and if you do not feel differently in a few weeks make an appointment.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to have a little notebook and write down what times of the day you feel the worst. . .keep a journal of sorts and try to get a handle on what is going on. . .it will also help if you have to see a Doctor.
Best of luck to you! Take good care of yourself~~

anything with carbs will give you energy but you need to eat the healthy options so you dont get fat! Try brown rice, bananas, wholewheat pasta and lots and lots of fresh fruit and veg. Nuts are good as a handful sized snack, NOT PEANUTS! unless they are the natural monkey nut types. I like pistachios, walnuts and brazi nuts. Also, if you are not getting everything you need from your diet, you may need to check for iron definciency and get a supplement, or take a daily multivitamin. Good luck!

Take a good multivitamin. Also, B vitamins give energy. Nature Made makes good vitamins, but they aren't available everywhere. Walgreens has them, and WalMart may have their multivitamins. CVS may have them. Check their website for stores.

See a doctor to make sure you don't have something serious going on first.
If not, then you need to force yourself to exercise, and eat a balanced diet.
This will give you energy.
