Actually My biceps are gr8 now but I want you to suggest exercises that can be done at home to build upper part i.e chest muscles,How?

push ups, crunches, sit ups, pulls ups

Push ups (good) or machine bench press (better) or free weight bench press (best). Free weights are better if you want to maintain coordination and balance with your strength (size). Machine weights are better if you just want to build muscle because most machines loads a bit heavier as your arm gets more extended (as opposed to free weights which will, of course, weigh the same all the time).

Remember the GOLDEN Rules in weight training:

For increased strength/endurance: Many reps (10 to 12 times with lighter weights)
For increased mass/size: Less reps (about 5 times with heavier weights)

NO PAIN, NO GAIN

1. Bench Press
2. Incline Bench Press
3. Dumbbell Flys

High weight and low reps (3-4 on your last set).

do some crunches that is the best way and if u don't no how to do them search the internet or stop bye the libary or ask someone at the gym how to do them

Pectorals.

Push ups are excellent.

just pick up some free weights and move them around until you feel those muscles working. once you find it, do a few reps every day.

if you have a workout bench;dumbbell flys,push ups with a chair and feet inclined,or you can just do push ups like a mad man with some good music to pump you up....

simple answer is pushups, get to the library and take out a few books..copy the exercises you like.
