Yes, such a thing exists, I have 3 decks. Two we use, one is unopened. They were given to our troops to help in identifying Iraq's most wanted.

omg i have a deck
the back of it is a light green and white army pattern and sudan is the ace card, i never had mine out 4 long so i dont no the rest of the pics or even who they are
but i know some of them have black pictured faces on them instead of actual people
but if i was at a table playing black jack he's be dead by repeated paper cuts to hs neck!! even if i was winning

I had one but threw it out long ago. I figured it was all part of the marketing scheme to sell the war to the public, like action figures that McDonald's give out during movie promotions.
I got mine from friend in Iraq but they sold them here too, mostly in gas stations

I used to have a deck of cards with dirty pictures on them, but half the cards are missing for some reason, I dont know why.
