Chinese people did invent noodles. The Italians just made the awesome sauces to go on top.
There are no turkeys native to Turkey. The first turkey were brought to Europe from America and bred on farms.
People in Hungary in the 1980s stood in line for entire days at a time to get eggs and milk. (I dated a guy from there once) I'm not sure if it's still like that now.
People in Chili are probably warm, and they make awesome chili.

Matter of preference. I prefer Italian style noodles over Chinese.
