Yes. If you go to a VW licensed dealer, just bring them some proof that you are the owner of the car. Bring something that has the VIN number on it. They should be able to make you a key based on your VIN number.

you can just go the local vw dealer and order a new key for your car with your vin number, but your car has an anti theft immobilizer so in order for the key to be able to start the car you will have to have the dealer program the key to the immobilizer.

go to your vw dealership, the flip ones with the buttons are like $300, the one with just the key part is $60 ish.

You need to bring ownership credentials to a dealer along with the VM number and they will get one for you. I know that a couple of yrs ago it cost about $300 so beware.

Can't say much more than the others already have. Registration, License, and $$ ;) that'll get it for you.

But it does cost more when you have the key cut my hand instead of just getting a duplicate.

Take your registration , Title ,and full identification to theVW dealer...They can make you a key
