Of course it is, you have heard of the expression inner beauty, you my friend are falling for the person, the real person, not just the package that the person comes in. This is the best way to meet some one. Why? Because you get to know the real person and who they are and how they think and feel with out being distracted by the package.
Tell me this would you rather have a drop dead gorgeous girl friend that every time she opened her mouth she embarrassed you and every one behind your back thought she was a twit or a moron? Or would you rather have an ordinary looking girl that made you feel like a million bucks because she had a brain, could talk to you and understand you and your feelings. This one is a no brain-er my friend, To many guys get caught up in what she looks like and not what she is made of.
If and when you meet this girl and she is maybe less then what you hoped for in the looks department. Close your eyes and listen to her voice and remember why you fell in love with her. When you open your eyes again the looks will not matter. But the fact that your heart is racing around in your chest is telling you that you hit the jack pot and she is a keeper. Oh and if your buddies tease you remember you’re the one with the new girlfriend sitting next to you and their the ones still going home alone. Let-em eat cake

It is very possible, why not? I know a blind man who married a girl whom he never see. More amazing, a couple who are both blind fell in love and got married. Being interested to a girl by talking and chatting is common but falling in love along the way even without seeing the girl is something extra ordinary. Just be sure she loves you too in the context of what love is to both of you. Then no problem. If it leads to marriage, then you really have to see each other and you can't escape the truth. Both of you have to validate your feelings in order to go on.

I guess that's according to if you believe statistics. Usually not.
First thing you have to know is what love is:
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Can any of this be represented on the phone? Some have said they fell in love before meeting, but my believe is love came when they were willing to live for the desires of the other person before their own.
I suggest meeting and spending time together. Enjoy the spark in your heart that you get when you chat with them, but don't let it be the energy of the relationship. Because that spark will soon fizzle out and you will need real love to carry you to the next stage.

I am sure that it is possible to build a very strong friendship from a distance - maybe even have affectionate feelings for the other person based on the thoughts, ideas and dreams they have shared over the phone/in e-mails... but actually fall in love?
I think there has to be a physical attraction as well as a mental attraction.
But one down, and one to go. Your guy is well on the way :-)

It is impossible. May be he just has good impression on the girl through chatting but not fall in love with the girl . How do we love someone without seeing her or him ? However it is another thing to discuss , if the one is blind .

Yes because then you are falling in love with who the person is in the inside and the outside has no influence on how you fell in love.Because these days most people will only give you a chance if you are nice looking. So sure it is possible.

Back in September, I spoke to a guy on the phone. When I hung up, I told my friend that I'm gonna marry that guy! Well, I'm not married yet, but we live together and I'm pregnant! So, yes, I believe it is possible.

blind people fall in love all the time -- so yes!
but when you meet someone on line or talk on the phone and fall in love -- do plan to actually meet them in person early on in the relationship.
