You consume a bowl of cereal for breakfast, yet another for lunch and have a appropriate, nutritious dinner in the night. shop on with this for not greater then 2 weeks as its no longer a healthful thank you to nutrition plan fro longer then that.

Yes and yes. But really - think about it....its not that big a deal. Just eat cereal for one or two meals a day. Use skim milk. And by the way, you could do it with honey nut cheerios or any other cereal (except the high sugar ones), and you'll lose weight.

Rachel at work did, she didn't cheat or anything, and made sure she followed the measurements for the cereal, milk, etc. and she lost 15 pounds.
And wasn't hungry.

♥ Yes I have tried the Special K Challenge. It worked for me but I know some people that it didn't work real well on them. It doesn't work on everyone. But hopefully it works on you. I love my results!

Sure, if you eat this all day! You'll get all your vitamins and fiber but will sure cut out alot of calories and fat from your old diet.
