Why force someone to do something they don't want to do? Then you just have a miserable person to deal with. But if it's something that would be for their own good, yes. Like health reasons or education, furthering their carreer, etc, then I might use "forceful" incentives.

To the first, no.

To the second; it depends what you mean by "provide incentives". If you are talking about manipulation through, threats (veiled or otherwise) guilt, lying, etc., then no again.

If you mean by offering a give and take situation and/or compromise both parties can agree with, then sometimes.

♥ I think everyone tends to force someone to do what they want once in a while. Some may not mean it or realize it. It is just normal. Lol yep I hate to say I do force people to do what I want because I am a little selfish. This is a habit I need to stop.

Depends on how bad I want something done. If its not that important that i would just provide my opinion.

I have a way of making people offer to do things that I want, without even asking them. I'm sneaky.

Forcing someone to do what you want iscounterproductive.
Treat others as you would want to be treated.
