Make a taco casserole, by cooking the meat with taco seasoning, then layering it, cheese, and flour tortillas in a circular pan. Bake for about fifteen minutes and the you have a meal. Put a salad on the side.
You could make hamburgers, grill them for a different taste, and top them with all you favorite toppings
You could male meatloaf, for an extra kick add some Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilies to the meat mix before mixing .Serve with a vegetable.
You could make Spaghetti and Meatballs. Use angel hair pasta instead of spaghetti noodles. Use your best spaghetti sauce. And add a little cheese inside your meatballs.Serve with Ciabatta or Garlic bread.
You could go to the store and buy Zattarans Dirty Rice, it's really easy and all you have to add is ground beef. A little salad dressing tastes good mixed in this. This can also be served with a salad.
Hope I helped:)

My favorite is tater-tot casserole. Saute one pound of beef with 1/2 c of onions. Place it in the bottom of a 8 x8 or 9 x 9 pan. Then add a can of green beans and on top of that add a can of cream of mushroom soup. If you have some cheddar cheese, add about 1 cup of that on the top next.
Then top all with frozen tater tots, and bake at 375 for 45-60 min, until tater tots are done. YUMMY! One of my faves.

Or, you could make:
Hamburgers
Tacos
Hamburger Helper
Spaghetti (add 1 can of ready made sauce to the cooked beef)

Good luck!

Picadillo!

Brown the meat, then add some tomato sauce, onions, garlic, green peppers, adobo seasoning, raisins, green olives with a little extra juice from the jar, and a little white wine. Simmer for 20 minutes This is a great dish because you can add or leave out almost anything you want. Serve over a bed of rice. Nummy goodness!

Brown the meat, add cooked elbow noodles and your best tomato sauce, intstant goulash.

Brown the meat, add 2 tblsp flour, cook about 2 minnutes, add milk to make gravy. Pour over toasted bread or biscuits. You could even put slices of bread in a muffin tin, toast them in the oven and make little toast cups.

Meat ball subs. Good rolls, parm or motz. cheese maybe some onions and peppers, yum. Easier to eat if you scoop out the middle of the rolls.
