I doubt there will be many pet friendly restaurants in Rego Park.
Manhattan is the dog capital of the world it seems, and I can find very few restaurants that let you openly bring your dog in. Some places with outdoor cafes don't even allow dogs!
If your dog is small and will behave, bring it into the restaurant in a small, discrete carrier and hope they don't notice! Keep the dog on the floor between your feet. That's what I usually do.

regardless of rego park ( i live in Forest Hills) no animals should be let into restaurants...uh, dept of health? HELLOO!? only outdoor dining MAY let you bring a dog. Anyway, rego park is a filthy place to begin with...used to be very nice there...now it's a streets-filled-with-garbage dump, Soooo, on second thought, bring the pets to dine...will just add to the filth.

Unless it is a seeing eye dog, I don't see why any restauranteur would allow pets in his establishment.
