Good luck. You've been hit with a variation of the Nigerian Scam. These people are in Nigeria, you will never get them, or see your money again.

Report the incident to the police and do some research online regarding email scam/fraud.

You can also file a report here: http://www.ic3.gov/

If you can figure out who is the party that scammed you, you may be able to get your money back via small claims court.

Call the police and file a police report. Since it's only $320, it's not grand theft - Nothing will probably come of this; You won't get your money back, but you'll learn a valuable life lesson.

NEVER send money to someone like that - There are tons of scammers out there just waiting for someone like you to come along!

Kiss your money goodbye.

You can report the user for abuse though. Example...If the e-mail was abcd@123.com you would send an e-mail to abuse@123.com and report them. Not that that will do anything to help you. It might just stop this person from being able to use that particular address in the future.
