One of the biggest causes of stomach aches after eating foods would be due to lactose intolerance. (milk/dairy products) I can tell you that lately my 12 year old son complains of a stomach ache EVERY time he eats chocolate...or has chocolate milk. Therefore, we are "x"ing that out of his diet. Obviously his body is trying to tell him something. Good luck finding your source. I believe there are websites that give you instructions on how to leave out certain food items every 3 days to find your culprit. Let me know if you wish me to find the site for you. Take care.

broccoli and cauliflower and cabbage are the worst foods to eat.the pain in your tummy may often lead to bouts of diahreaha due to the acid content in these foods.M.S.G . is also a culprit and that is normally foung in Chinese food..........that is why they now have m.s.g free buffets if you go to a Chinese restaurant
Until you find out what is the cause....I strongly suggest ENOS.......take care
