well, considering the precum, chances are very high. get a condom if you dont want kids cause that method doesnt work

The first thought that comes (no pun intended) to mind is that a friend of mine's mom had 5 kids using the "pull-out" method. That friend had 3 using the same method.
Look, your gf can get pregnant from what you secrete pre-climax. Put a condom on or have her take the pill. No matter what hoops you jump through (which I doubt you'll do every time you want to get intimate) you still asking for a pregnancy. And urination, as far as I know, doesn't have much to do with your potentcy.
Also, a low sperm count doesn't rule out impregnation.
No matter what you use , or don't use, if your having sex, you'd better be prepared for the possibilty of pregancy.
P.S. my second daughter was concieved while my hubby and I were using protection.

My husband and I used the pull out method when we firtst got married and I got pregnant with my son. Precum has sperm in it so use a condom if you dont want to be a daddy.
I don't think the sperm count is any different.

it takes 72 hours for your sperm to reproduce. so more sex does not up your chances very much.
