Are you referring to Los Angeles, California? California is a melting pot of people. No matter where you live you will find a mixture of people from all countries.
If you are looking to move to a place where you will find poor white people, I would suggest that you move to the mountains of Tenn. Most of the poor areas they do not even have running water in their houses.
