How do i view and open game .cab files?

Question

when i insert any new game cd for some reason i cant open them. am using windows xp.

i definitively need to know and have access to the game files for learning purposes

You don't need to open .cab files these are (cabinate files) to store different small files. Use setup to install the game or use executable to run the game but don't open them(u don't need that)..
Use WinRAR. :)

You don't. cab files require a unique installer program. You have to download it from the same site.
