i installed a camera (kodak) program on my computer so that i could download my pictures from my camera. now when i try to view an image it goes through the kodak program and i dont want it to, i prefer the windows picture viewer.............

In any Windows Explorer window (My computer, etc.), go to Tools, Folder Options. Go to the File Types Tab, and browse the list for the file types you want to change.

Off the top of my head, you probably want GIF, JPEG, JPE, JPG, TIFF, and possibly BMP. Click each one, then click the change button. Select the Picture and Fax viewer, then ok out of all the windows.

right click on one of your pictures. go to "open with". the go to "choose program". choose windows picture and fax viewer. then check the box that says"always use this program for this type of file".

Open domicile windows Explorer and flow to the place your photos are. precise click on a image and decide residences. click on the Opens With "replace" button and alter it to the viewer you desire to apply.

go to the pic.
right click and click on 'open with' then 'choose program' in the list of applications for pics WPFV will be there select it and check
'always use.....'. and it will open with that by default.
