Product containing Dairy... Otherwise ANYTHING we put milk in would be a dairy product... The majority of the store would be the dairy case.

I'd say it's a product containing dairy. True, they sell it in the dairy section, but they also sell Jell-O there, and we all know that doesn't even contain dairy. The main thing is that pudding is cooked, not just pasteurized. Nevertheless, if you're lactose-intolerant or sensitive to dairy, you still probably want to go easy on the pudding.

Yes. Pudding is a dairy product. REAL pudding, anyway. If someone is dairy restricted try looking for soy or lactose free puddings. Read the labels! Good luck!

She can have any dairy product you want to give her. Try some organic yogurt and make a smoothie. My boys like berry banana. Edit...pudding is full of sugar. Make a smoothie. Use whole milk organic plain yogurt, whole milk, banana, blueberry, and strawberry. Blend and serve. It is a yummy sweet because of the fruit. NO added sugar and great for a 12 month old.
