hello iam 18 year old ,male, 173 cm thats 5.79 i guess. i weigh only 53 kgs..iam so conscious about it and its worrying me a lot. I go to collg 2nd year.
i go to gym during vacations like one month or 2 months .i Have tried protien drinks prolab,wieder,masstech,gnc...i developed lactose intolerance with excess milk consumption.No i cant take milk.
How can i make it work at least just 10 kgs will do miracles for me. I gain just a little kg when i go to gym and then drop back to same level.
.I can hardly make time to consume heavy or workout during college days.
Please help.I am tired of reading all articles and magzines.Its just not meant for me.testosteroneis way too bad for me i cant take that...iam an ectomorph
