Your style of writing is of little importance, your wishes will be to me the dearest.
When you say "exactly" I hope you don't mean completely literal. This is the bare minimum adjustment to make it coherent in English. manière (which BTW is totally different to maniére, I assume from the context you meant the former) translates as way/style/manner. cher can be expensive or dear (ie important).

Most anybody who responds to this to get their two points is going to use babelfish or some other free online translation service. Have you tried that?
My high school french is VERY rusty, but it seems to be something along the lines of: No matter how you write them, your wishes are always important to me.
Seems very odd. I've never heard that expression.

This is an awkwardly worded sentence. I would say it should translate as: "It doesn't matter how they are expressed, your (good) wishes will always be dear to me."
