theres this girl at work and i really do like her she is hot but its not because of that. i have talked to her a bit and found out that she has been in bad relationships and guys have hurt her and she has told me she hates girls that treat guys like **** and this really appealed to me as well everytime i seem to get in a serious relationship i always end up gettin hurt by them cheating on me but this girl at work i can realy relate to and last week i think i may have screwed things up by askin her out and well now i think about it we dont really know each other that well and i think i have blown my chance f ever gettin to know her cause now things at work are pretty awkward between us i want to talk to her but i just cant seem to say the right thing or find anything to talk about with her and she doesnt talk to me as much either anymore so what shoud i do about this i am in real need of advice

all you gotta do is walk up and start a conversation, make her open up to you, and then somewhere just tell herstraight out that u dont rele care, even if you do. be good friends with her, and eventually u may go out, but if not you might ge a friendship outta this. whats so bad about that?

Be her friend. Also, dating people from work is a mistake due to the possibilty of having to work with them AFTER you're no longer BF/GF. So, be a good friend. It sounds like she needs that more than anything else.

Well i would just take her to the side and explain, and apologize if you made her feel awkward or she thought you were moving to fast
