I remembered one day I had feelings for a woman whom I was her boss ...I really liked that woman, but yet, I could never tell her my feelings because she was my employee ...I got sick because of that, my body was trembling each time, she is around ....I couldn't tell her..I spent months being sick about that ..until I finally told her ...and I got better after that ..but, unfortunately, she didn't react on that , but I was happy I told her anyway ...has any of you ever been there?

I had once...She was in the the same operation team, we were doing research for a project. And I was the lead of our section.
And yeah, guessed right, same developed in me. But I could not tell her her what I was feeling! Such an event would seriously damage process of our project.
But, as you mentioned, I was growing sick!! I was impatient to tell her. But how could I do without the circumstances?
And I've chosen, God knows, the best way to act; I did not tell her anything! (though she was "feeling" slightly for me too - as a friend said)
Anyway, the day the project has ended; while we were shutting the temporary office down and packing stuff, time has came for the farewells.
As all the team telling farewells, I approached her. And said "WE could...". Then left the office with a shocked / sad ex-project mate.
Bittersweet the memory was, hope it won't happen once more..

Yes, only it was with somebody at least a few years younger than me. They were about 11 and I was 15, but I couldn't tell because people are so tall nowadays. Good for you for telling because it is much better than being physically ill. You should try not to get so close to your employees, especially the female ones, because something innocent could transform into a company controversy. Kujichagulia!

I have never been in a situation quite like that one, but i do understand the relief that you get from finally telling the person you have a thing for how you feel. After keeping in inside for sooo long it is nice to know that at least you tried and you ever have to regret not knowing what could have happened.

It never happened to me ,but I know what you feel now ,there was something in your heart that you needed to express to feel empty and that's why you feel better ..Now you never know ,she 's maybe thinking about what you told her ,she is your employee and she didn't expect that ,I hope she will show her interest in you too ...
in my eyes what you did was very manful ..
