can i get some type of form that is already exist that I can use to shop with such as with personal items list and grocery list.

For the grocery list, I unfortunately have to agree and say Rachael Ray's magazine. Supposedly that one list will make dinner for the next week and it includes all the recipes.
I can't use it, since I never know what I'm going to make on any given day.

If you have windows on your conmputer, in Microsoft Works, go to the calendar and then to templates for the home and there is a blank grocery list you can print and then fill in with what you want to buy not have to buy what it is listed in some one else's recipes. hope that helps you

Rachel ray's book- express lane meals has ready made shopping lists- I use it all the time and love it!
