I need some type of excersize, that I don`t have to buy a machine, or any dumbells or anything, just something I can do at home. I want to lose about 30 pounds, I go to school, and I need a pretty fast, (15-30 min.) That I can lose weight from my thighs and stomach. Tell me how to do it, and how long to do it, so it will be affective. I want to lose the weight, sometime this YEAR! or sooner.

First you have to have an understanding of the weight loss program of your body. You need to burn more calories then you take in. If you are really serious and not just talking the talk you can loose weight quickly by first cutting out all soft drinks, energy drinks and most juice drinks. they all contain processed white sugar corn syrup or caffeine.

Second drink nothing but water. Get in the habit of carrying around a bottle of water that you can refill. sip on it all day. Your body needs to continually flush your system. The side effect is you have to pee all the time. so what? When your urine turns from yellow to clear you have reached the proper level of water intake your body needs to cleanse it’s self regularly.
Third stop eating all fried fast foods Mickey D's Burger King (whoppers are the worst for putting on weight) The Dollar menu at Wendy’s is all out. Also no fried food from Toco Bell that’s out of the picture also, Broiled or baked food. only.

So when your friends go fast food you choose broiled chicken or the salad and a water to drink and no French fries.
Look at all labels on food and do not eat anything that says it has Hydrogenated oil in it. (Most processed food does) Your body has no clue what to do with hydrogenated oil ( a man made or man manipulated product that makes things like margarine and peanut butter creamy and not separate into oil and solid material. The body stores hydrogenated oil as fat because it can not process it. The city of New York (10 Million People) is going for a city wide ban on hydrogenated cooking oil because it is causing Americans to get fat.

For exercise start out with a 30 minute fast pace walk, you know you are at the correct speed when it is difficult to hold a conversation because your sucking in a lot of air to breath, in time increase to 60 minute walk. Bring a walk man or book on tape of your favorite author to listen while you walk the time goes by very quickly and keep drinking lots of water.
Remember all the diet stuff you see on tv is designed to take your hard earned money and put it in someone else’s pocket. Dieting products are a billion dollar industry in this country and far to many are gimmicks. Diet pills don’t work so forget them.

Eating smart and walking will make you slim and trim in a mater of a few weeks. Hook up with a couple of friends for a support group and do this together. and if you slip and eat something you should not have just start again next meal. also 6 mini meals a day is better then three large. oh ya nothing to eat after 6pm that puts on the weight also. The above is all proven to allow you to loose weight quickly it works great works great for older people and again is proven younger people have a higher metabolism and burn calories faster then older people so you will se results faster. If you don’t eat correctly and majority of Americans don’t, just exercise isn’t going to do it. Good luck from some one who has been there and is now slimer and trimer.

If oyu have Lifetime tv then you can record Denise Austin's daily workout at 7:30 am and do that daily. Also try going to lowcarbfriends.org to get info on a low card diet. Make sure you talk with with your mom before doing any diet, but go there and read all about low carb diets. I've lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks. Just remember that you have diet and excersice to loose weight. But be healthy about it!

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Feel better in 10 days

Dancing is also great exercise.

That with a healthy, moderate diet, water and rest.

YOGA....you only have to do it twice a week (for an hour each time) and you will be completely toned and mentally relaxed. At my school there are free classes in the gym building, if not, there are tapes or DVDs you can rent from the library. I started about six months ago, lost weight, but most of all, have increased stamina and have trained myself to be able to relax on command! Give it a try...

Just go to your local library and check out some jazzersize videos and pilates. Alternate between the two types of exercises every other day. Give yourself a day or two rest sometime during the week. Make sure to drink TONS of water too. This should definately help you reach your goal!

Obviously eating correctly is number one. Fruits, veges etc. As far as exercise goes, it's all about BURNING fat. Do exercises that raise your heart beat and make you breathless. Running is always good, if you don't like running. Try skipping 5 min a day! No excuses, all you need is a rope ;-)

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

You will NOT lose weight from exercise alone. You need to watch what you eat and choose good food and not empty calories. The combination of eating right and exercise will make the difference. Walking will do a lot to tone up your thighs and tighten up your stomach.
