You should eat something, it's up to you whether you call it breakfast or not. You don't have to conform to the Time Nazis' fascist breakfast regime. In fact I'm going to go have me some breakfast right now, even though it's 12.35am over here.

Technically it's not breakfast after 12:00 anyway. It's brunch or considered Lunch time. But eat breakfast food anytime of the day. I eat breakfast food sometimes for dinner- hectic on-call schedule.

depends if you prefer bearkfast or lunch. I would be inclined to call it breakfast, then eat again this evening, rather than try and squueze lunch in.

I think it's better to eat food at correct time,otherwise it will badly affect your digestion process .Eat food after correect intervals.
