if you are into the big crowds then go to times square.
You can also go to night clubs; some of them will be ringing in the new year's (i.e. b.b. kings on 42nd st. between 7th and 8th ave)
Or you can have your own New Years party with your closest friends and family.

Well they say time square but I don't get it myself.I don't want to be out there freezing my butt off just to watch some stupid ball.I think it would somewhere that your with people u enjoy to be with.As for me it would be home with my family.And Cindy Crawford is so 5 yrs ago...
