Well there are two options, you can do it with a DVD playback/recorder, if you don't have one you can take it to be converted. The other is input it to the computer (if you have the proper video capture card).
You can get a DVD recorder for $100 aprox in eBay

a) connect the camcorder to a DVD recorder .
b) connect the camcorder to a computer , capture the footage using the appropriate software and after editing the footage export it like quick time movie for example after this open the DVD builder software import the movie and burn the DVD
