i never get sick and i hate having a runny nose so if there are any suggestions on what i could do that would be great

nobody can tell you exactly how long you will have a cold but its usually 7 to 10 days you could try putting some vicks in hot water and breath in the vapor this may help

Old wisdom is that it takes 2 weeks, and with medication it takes 14 days. But it is more likely an allergy, which would act up when you are in the warm house for the winter, and the nasal tissues get dry.
