Sometimes it has nothing to do with our mouths. We should always brush our teeth at least twice a day and floss. If you do take care of your teeth and there is still a problem than there maybe more going on.
Sometimes your breath is due to an illness you may have or a bactaria infection in your mouth. There are pills you can take that clear up bad breath from within your body. That maybe the problem.
You should at least go to the dentist. If you don't have insurance check the site out below.
Good luck,
Christy

Hi Crispy (is this a chosen name due to luv for crispy cream donuts?)
Anyway, watch what you eat, brush 3 times a day, use an organic mouthwash, ask your dentist about possible conditions you may have to remedy the foul odor from your mouth.
Well....I must warn you, in case you didn't know--being intimate w/a blood relative can cause defects in a baby.
My Mother's best friend from yrs. ago didn't have sweat glands due to the fact that her parents were 1st cousins~yeah, you guessed it--it was in Alabama and they lived up on a hill. SHe had dry skin all the time and constantly used a variety of Avon skin lotions to avoid all the flakey nonsense.
Anyway, her friend Debra's sister had eyes like a cat. I'm NOT joking at all!!!~Her irises in her eyes were even SHAPED like a feline ( you know shaped like a marquiset (sp.?) diamond...scary, real scary)
At your age, it's time to get aquainted w/other women. And learn proper dental care. Good Luck

I personally think that you are a little OFF(if you know what I mean)...
You clean your teeth MOST days --should be EVERY day or even 2-3 times a day.
You can also try to floss more often
and for god sakes brush your tongue with your regular toothbrush, there's no need for a special one and certainly not a nail brush.
and lastly, maybe you could just watch what you are eating --no garlic, onions and spicy foods and drink plenty of water.

Hello Crispy.. you look like you had your fill for Xmas!! well i think diet might be a problem for you.. also you could be diabetic... then again the normal routine of dental hygiene tends to do the trick for most people..
normal routine means brushing/flossing twice each and every day.. that also means no days off not even weekends!

Well, I find when I make out with my parents, Listerine seems to be the key to a healthy relationship between us. My mom is frisky in the mornings as well, so I find that if I swish a little as soon as I get out of bed, she's not offened by my breath which is probably bad because of the night before with my dad.........who can predict what scent the breath will retain?

Brush your teeth twice a day, floss and use a mouthwash daily. Scrub your tongue with your toothbrush and if all else fails, go see your dentist.

Cleaning your teeth most days is not enough, you should clean them about 3 times a day and gargle salty water, it kills bacteria. Visit the dentist to get your gums scraped out, where food particles collect and rot away, causing stinking dog breath.

Have you been drinking alcohol a lot? It gives you breath like a drain.
Cut out the drink and only drink water or fruit juice and see what it is like in about 2 weeks.

Have you had a dental check recently, you may have a bad tooth, if this is not the problem it may be something to do with your health, apparently upset stomachs and low grade respiratory problems can cause bad breath also.
