Depending where is is and how much, look into laser surgery.

Laser removal is permanent and is initially the most expensive, but once the hairs are removed you never have to remove them again so it actually works out to be the cheapest in the long run.

Pulling hair out by it's roots with waxes or hand held coil devices will leave you hair free until the new growth comes above the skin level. The advantage is that the new growth will feel softer than razor stubble and you don't have to do it as often as shaving. The disadvantages are that it irritates your skin and it hurts.

Chemicals like Nair will temporarily remove the hair below the surface but not everyone can use them as they are caustic to the skin as well as the hair.

Shaving removes hair at the skin line and has to be done frequently. The advantage is that it's quick, but the disadvantage is that as the hair grows it feels more coarse and stiff as compared to the other methods.

It's a strange and absurd answer. In fact, most people think it immoral. Actually... no they don't. It's called shaving. It's worked for thousands of years, and it still works. Good luck man.

waxing is an instant solution, but laser surgery is used to get rid of it totally. it's just costly though..

hot wax, painfull but effective, you get used to the pain after a while and your hair starts to grow in lighter and thinner.
