I've been there before, so first of all I'm really sorry to hear this? because i know how much it hurts.
First thing is You'll know when you've tried so much, and even tho you love them its not working? if it just hurts to much you know its better you both go your separate ways.

You realize this when you know in your heart the love has changed. If being around the other person you realize that you feel different towards them and they don't make you feel the way they use to or the way you really want them to. Yes there will always be feelings, but sometimes people grow apart and with that you need to do what is best for each other no matter how sad it may make you.

A relationship is over when one of the partners in the relationship is no longer interested in keeping it alive. Just because YOU love someone doesn't mean they HAVE to feel the same about you and it doesn't mean the relationship will work.

Yea, I still love my ex with all my heart but know we cannot be together because it was just over...
It hurt a lot but I know I will find someone I can love just as much and have it work out.
It is over when you have to ask the question.

Take a break from them for a week or so..... If you find that they moved on you should do the same and therefore you havent lost anything. just remember that the best love is the one your with, its not the past or the future its the one your in.

It is quite difficult to accept but when there's no excitement and when you feel sad whenever you are with that person. It means that it is over. You can't do anything about it. Both of you need a break.

when only one is willing to go on with the relationship...
when the feeling's not mutual anymore...
when you do all things for its survival but still doesn't work...

when your partner is starting not to get worried about you or u didnt get your sms messages as u received as before. or he is just not paying enough attention on you .. u should try to ask your partner's priority.
