The only vaccination that may be required is Yellow Fever and that depends on which countries you are visiting and traveling through. The best thing to do is to check with a travel medicine clinic... they will be listed under that in your phone book. They keep up on all the latest outbreaks and can tell you what you need for each country and area you will be visiting.
You can find the link to the US Center for Disease Control's recommendations for traveler's health on our page: http://www.mousetourstravels.com/international-travel-health-vaccinations.html or check with the health department in your country.

If you're going into the countryside in some areas of Asia, you may need to consider malaria pills: http://www.mousetourstravels.com/malaria.html and http://www.mousetourstravels.com/international-travel-health-tips.html

Duh...YES!

They have medical travel clinics especially for that which will tell you exactly what shots you should be getting...Asia of all places...most of all flus come from there!

You should get the Hep A/B shots but they need to be taken months before...they are two shots and then you're immune for life. Check this out MONTHS ahead of your trip.

I know places like Africa need several shots and you want to take them believe me...unless you enjoy pain and suffering and don't mind the possible risk of death.

Absolutely! What shots you take depend on where you are travelling. Your doctor or travel agency should know. You must have official documentation that you have been given the shots. Some countries won't let you enter without them. Your own country may require the documentation before allowing you to re-enter.

aren't you asking the wrong people? Your doctor would give you a more accurate answer. or the Dept of Health website if you are in the UK.
I know when I went to Asia, several vaccinations were suggested - I can't remember which now.
