If you eat healthily you won't need it. Eat lots of raw fruit and veges. Stay away from soft drinks, coffee, smoking etc.
Did you know that ALL people with discolored teeth are unhealthy and prone to diseases...

well probably u should ask ur dentist and then choose some toothpaste. iam not joking . some toothpastes may not suite you. And moreover ur dentist knows ur teeth better than we do!!!!
