A Podiatrist or they are also called a Chiropodist.

Firm insert arch supports that you can buy at Happy Feet or many Good shoe stores should help the flat foot problem.

Some years ago my metatarsal arch began to fall causing horrendous pain. I went to Happy Feet to buy some good arch support shoes, the clerk recommended the firm molded inserts for my shoes.

The were (then) $47.00, they move to most all shoes and are machine washable. Mine are now about 7 years old. My feet were fully repaired within the first few months. I just still use them in my shoes that I am wearing most, just in case.

They may take just a bit to get used to, but when the pain goes away, you won't even notice them.

Good Luck and Happy New Year.
