One could find out a lot just by watching hands. The way man care about his hands is important, because it speaks about his personality and the way he pays attention, not only on hands, but on other things as well. ;-)

I like your question.
by looking at the hands of a man, you will know what kind of work he's engaging with ( e.g. coarse hands for hard labour) though it may not necessary be the truth. He could be a manager and yet have corse hands because he's engaged in handiwork, sports ( mountain climbing) But hands normally give you an clear indication of a man's job.
Hands will also tells you the personal hygiene of your guy. Dirty nails or hands is a rather straightforward way of telling you he's not keeping himself clean.
Hands (esp finger) also tell you whether he's married. Did you see the ring ( however, most guys wear rings as assessories)

They can show what type of work he does! If his hands are rough calloused he works with his hands
If they are smooth well manicured he is probably very into his appearance. It can show if he is married does he wear a wedding ring, does he have a mark from a wedding ring?

Shows the type of job they do and apparently the distance between the tip of a mans thumb and and the tip of the forefinger when made into an L shape is the length of his anatomy!!!!

its new for me that big hands = big ;) all of my life i was thinkng that my hands are big cause i am too tall. anyway best answer is that if a mans hand are rough it means he do hard work and if his hands are soft it means he do soft type of job like computer profession.
