how can i make a bootable cd of suselinux downloaded..?

If you have the images of the linux write them on a cd or dvd directly.They will automatically boot.There is no need to worry more about it.

use a dvd - . cd and dvd burning software like nero .and burn the iso file on to dvd - cd
