You've pretty much answered your own question - they have mass burners... even smaller business units can mass produce CDs and DVD's - its just a matter of having an array of burners running constantly, generally under some form of automation.
Its simply the musical and movie version of Ford's assembly line.

Duplicators. You could be the next Sony, you would just have a copy, that has the encryption taken off. Start making copies.
