where can I find classes locally on watercolor painting?

I'd like to take lessons on painting with water colors. Either in a class, or privately.

Local arts council, community college, or university. Your jr high or hs art teacher may be able to recommend someone, even if you've been out of school for a while it is worth looking into.

Sorry, but you have failed to specify where you live. I'd try a phone book or some online source, though. Try the yellow pages for businesses.
