I made a delicious turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce sarni,today
Yesterday it was cream of turkey sauce and brandy in a puff pastry crust
Tonight a lovely soup.

I threw them out...I was so sick of turkey by after thanksgiving!

you know after a big Turkey meal the next day or two I shed the Turkey up and fry it in a skillets then add Rice, Onions, Garlic, and pepper. Just brown the Turkey and add all the stuff you like. Its agreat way to get rid of it. Plus, save some for Turkey sandwiches for work or for lunches!

my mum is making a turkey pie today, and probably turkey soup which will last a fair amount of time. i saw a programme on telly about what to do with the leftovers, and they made some delicious looking turkey and potato balls...yum. by the way, that sarni sounds brilliant!!!

I made turkey salad for sandwiches. I diced up the left over turkey and added miracle whip, mustard and a little sweet relish.

Turkey sandwiches, of course. Whole wheat bread and lots of mayonnaise. A lot better that those "turkey" slices that you get from the deli.

Tonight it will be be green chile turkey enchiladas. They are even better than chicken enchiladas! We look forward to them every year almost as much as we do to the big turkey dinner!

for the white meat i used parts of it to put on salad with vinaigrette also i deep fried some of it with this certain coating my mom made for me served it with mashed potatoes. was really good. bones were put in a broth for soup and the little left overs from the dark and white meat i ate with white rice. yum!

They're still in the fridge... probably getting ready to be thrown out (I've been too busy). How sad.. there's still alot of white meat. I'm just not in the mood for it, and won't be until it's past it's prime.
