Please help... What can I cook with turkey sausages?

You cook the turkey sausage just like you would the polish,beef,or pork sausage..I like them grilled and with smothered potatoes.Also sausage with potatoes and roi-tel tomatoes....

Mashed potatoes, peas and gravy. Lovely. A bit of sage and onion stuffing would be nice too.

Ratatouille would be nice, if done properly.
