There are many dogs available at your local toy store that fit this description. They also never eat, require attention, or use the bathroom. They're called "stuffed" dogs, and they're the only thing suitable to your needs.
A real dog does not deserve to be jammed into a purse and treated like a fashion accessory.

If you want white and fluffy, then a Pomeranian sounds like the dog for you. They're very energetic and look really cute with little diamond collars and a cute barette on top of their head.

A toy poodle would be perfect for you. They are smart, play a lot, and come in several colors including white. Of course, you can keep the hair in a "real" haircut, not the goofy show cut. :-)
I've had a few poodles and poodle mixes - they've been wonderful dogs and a blast to have around.

YORKIES I know cause i have on they are arroable and but they are not white they aretan and gold and black and blue.
they are so cute i have 1. and the bad thing about white 1's is the they get really dirty.

We have a mix breed of dog, he is part jack russell and part beagle. He is the cutest and smartes dog that i or any one we talk to have seen.
