Yes everybody does, whether they know it or not. I had to explain this and 'sex eyes' to a group of baffled boys when I was about 16. I thought it would be good to enlighten them, considering how completely out of tune they were with this stuff.
I have a problem in that I've been accused a few times of giving that secret smile, when I haven't! People have misinterpreted an innocent, friendly smile for something else entirely. Its the same as when I'm telling the truth and everyone is convinced that I'm lying, yet when I am obviously lying, people don't bat and eyelid. Whats with that!?!
