I'm very curious about how this kind of business work?

http://www.singaporemotors.net

Apparently for example as above, they buy in local cars and export out to other countries at way under market price. How do they earn exactly? And is it possible we could do the same importing used cars from other countries (Right-Hand Driver) cars to Singapore? Will it be cheaper then?

Would appreciates if you guys could enlighten me!

Thanks!

Some cars are just hard to find in some countries. Yes, you can import used cars from other countries, but seems like Singapore has some regulation regarding it. The price really depends on what type of car you are looking for. You can get a better idea and price by going to this free website:

Buy cheap and sell high.
They obviously buy the vehicles below the market price of where they intend to sell them. Then sell them at or above market price when the vehicle gets there. This is whether or not they are importing or exporting. The actual transportation, paperwork and customs costs are figured in as overhead.

Example
Buy a car in Germany for Euro 400, transportation, paperwork and customs costs another Euro 400. Sell the car in Russia for Euro 1000 and you have a Euro 200 profit.
Some companies can turn a huge profit as they do their own paperwork and shipping. Huge volume allows them to reduce those costs per vehicle.
There are very few cars that the average person could turn a profit on as the importation cost would be so high.

dear / sir
as a matter of fact , this kind of business are exclusive just for government . so , if you are interested in exporting , i recommend it as a business manager : turn your export to retails
that might have much more profit involved
