If you want a real Irish coffee you need to get good glass cups,
heat the cups up, and add a tot of Irish Whiskey to the glass, and some sugar, the sugar makes the cream float. poor in the hot strong coffee, and stir, wash spoon in cold water, and turn the cold spoon up-side down, pour the cream slowly over the cold spoon, so that it sits on top of the still rotating coffee. some will mix, and you get a brown layer - below the white cream, and above the black coffee, which you can see through the glass cups.
enjoy.
if you still want to use the Baileys, stir into coffe with a small amount of sugar, over a cold spoon as advised above, but it is not so good.

Make sure your coffee is black and has BROWN / DEMERARA sugar in it. Mix the Baileys with cream and gently pour over the back of a spoon on to stirred coffee. Voila.

This may sound obvious but make sure the coffee is REAL coffee made in a machine or cafetiere not the powdered/granulated stuff you buy in jars otherwise it just won't be the same!

I make iced coffee at abode and we continually have some contained in the refrigerator as quickly because it starts off getting heat. in assessment to you although, i do no longer in basic terms brew a common pot of coffee and stick it contained in the refrigerator. i exploit the chilly brew approach. With the chilly brew approach, it could take longer, in spite of the indisputable fact that it yields a lots tastier, much less acidic iced coffee. purely fill up a bowl or pitcher with chilly water and upload coffee grounds on your needed flavor. I regularly make it rather superior with the aid of fact as quickly as issues are further to iced coffee, it has a bent to be particularly diluted. For me, i exploit 2 rounded tbsps. according to 6 ouncesof water greater or less. as quickly as you have this arranged up, enable it sit down for some hours or in a single day. The water pulls out the coffee from the grounds needless to say as against being compelled by grounds contained in the standard heated approach. while it quite is waiting (or while that is as reliable as you could like it), purely sift out the coffee grounds (I line a strainer with coffee filters and pour by) right into a glass and into your refrigerator and enjoy. From there, you could upload despite you prefer and despite flavorings you experience like having. it quite is a huge way for us to maintain money and make comparable iced coffee at abode.

You can make your own Baily's liquor or the simplest way is to add it directly to your coffee. If you want a recipe for making your own Baily's Irish cream, write me and let me know and I will send you the recipe.
