Death is when the body starts to shut down. Everything slows down, toxic gases are releases into the blood stream which stop the hear, the lungs and then lastly the brain, The last thing to go is your hearing. You didn't have all this in combinations processing so I think you just get a bit to hot and wore yourself out. You'll be OK. Alot has to go on before you die..

At first I was thinking your blood sugar had dropped, but I don't know about the not catching your breath. Hopefully you'll see a doctor and won't go over the limit again, good luck.

YOU DEFINITELY OVERDID YOUR EXERCISE. MY SUGGESTION IS TO GO TO YOUR DOCTOR , TELL HIM ABOUT IT AND GET A PHYSICAL EXAM. THERE MIGHT BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR HEALTH AND YOU MIGHT NOT BE SO LUCKY NEXT TIME. GOOD LUCK.
