Everyone is correct... they are called a "flask" or "hip flask". I purchased one for my brother at Orvis.com (It's stainless and covered in leather. Very nice!) You might also try some upscale liquor stores in your area.

Its a flask. Go to Spencers or any silver shop. Also most liquor stores will sell them.
