hi there, please don't even attempt to push yourself to loosing 10 in one month, a safe loss is between 0.5-1kg in one week - that means that you are pushing your body to accomplish what is meant to be a 3 month project into one month..what will happen you'll loose 5 in one month if you try something drastic and then pick up ten the next month - rather take it a little easier, see a dietician for a tailor made eating plan, depending on what calorie restriction you need to be on - then see someone trained to give a decent exercise plan that will not kill you! you need at least 20min of exercise everyday with one days rest, 3 days of weights is also a great help. but listen to your body and please don't try something ridiculous, it will come back and bite you! make this a longer term plan and that way you will loose healthily and keep it off! if your body gets sent into shock, it will only store and hang on to all the weight. good luck and take it easy!

Yes, eat less and exercise more, you need to start training hard, cut down on fat. Start a training schedule with 4 running sessions/week and 2 biking sessions. Start the week with a short 20 minutes run on Mondays, you should not run faster than that you can talk.
Tuesday, a 2 hour biking session, bike hard!
Wednesday run for 45 minutes.
Thursday 45 minutes running
Friday 20 minutes running
Saturday, start the day with a 4 hour bike run
Sunday run for 1 hour.
This is the first week, the second week you should do the same and the third week you should include a 1 hour run after the Saturday biking. The fourth week include also a 30 minutes run after the first biking.
No carbohydrates during training drink only water. After each session you should drink carbohydrates and protein.

Over weight is your major problem. You never skip your meals, better you take it on time. You should contact to a better doctor for your exercises detail. Many exercises will not work except heavy cardio, jogging, walking, cycling, skipping, stretching, aerobics etc workout. Drink sufficient water, add vegetables in your food. Avoid high calories diet to maintain your weight first. So far exercise is concern- Male breast can be converted to good chest by doing some exercises. Go for parallel bar dips, push ups, Inclined Chest press barbell and dumblles, flying and similarly decline press. Wider grip you hold you get more wider and shaped chest. D.K.

You can throw it away if the kilograms are not on your body. But, seriously it is not an advisable approach to the problem of overweight. Reduce gradually at the rate of three to five percent every two months. You will be normal and healthier after the effort, and the results will mostly be of lasting nature.

Chop your leg off. It's just as unhealthy as any other weight loss method that will give you such dramatic weight loss in a short amount of time.

Don't chase figures -
Just eat less and work out more and you'll be feeling good enough.
Drink lots of water whenever you have those hunger pangs.
