Look at the departure information/booking section of the websites of the two airports.

Go to the website of Exeter or Luton airport as all airport websites state which airline fly to/from that airport. Speak to those airlines to see who flies between Exeter and Luton. Remember that just because an airline flies out of both airports does not mean that the airline flies from one to the other.

I have checked the luton site and Exeter sites and there doesnt seem to be any flights between the two airports.

I would have to say in exeter or luton and most probably at the airport!!!!!

i'm not pretty sure there is one to be honest with you.....but you sure can find that information from either
google or
expedia.co.uk or
lastminuteflights.co.uk......
